The S103 Modular Set is a true gym in a bag. This multifunctional kit is a complete swimming training tool for use both in and out of the water. It can be used for pulling, rowing, lifting, bending, "fly" and many other resistance exercises, practically any strength and endurance training you can imagine.

Description / Product features:
The S103 Modular Set includes a carrying bag with one pair of interchangeable handles, paddles, adjustable foot straps, anchor straps, and two 4-foot / 1.2 m elastic cords. All components are interchangeable. Spare and additional parts are also available.
